Get ready for World Thinking Day 2010!The theme for World Thinking Day 2010 is girls worldwide say “together we can end extreme poverty and hunger”. This ties directly to our Global Action Theme (GAT), which is linked to the United Nations Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), in particular MDG1: ‘Eradicating Poverty and Hunger’. We call on all our members and friends to celebrate international Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting on 22 February and to raise funds to support girls and young women around the world. |
